Craving a burger hit but can't afford the luxury of the bun? We will be the first to admit that this Big Mac bowl is not a new idea, in-fact we stole it! However for our Aussie counterparts we have a few extra hacks that makes this delicious burger bowl even easier to create and enjoy in no time at all!

500g of lean beef mince

1/2 tsp salt

1/2 tsp of fine white pepper

Sesame seeds

Special burger sauce (Coles - just like the real deal, saves you making it!)

Burger pickles

Iceberg lettuce

Grated cheese

Diced tomato (optional)

1. Finely slice the lettuce, finely dice onion, dice tomato, grate cheese and finely dice the pickles.

2. Heat oil in a pan and brown the mince, ensure you break it up well. Add salt and pepper to taste and add a couple of table spoons of pickle juice. Once cooked, turn the pan off and add the onions, you only want them warm, not cooked all the way through.

3. Place your lettuce in a bowl and add the chopped ingredients, top with sesame seeds and burger sauce.

Simple, healthy and delicious.
