As winter draws to a close you don't want to regret missing a moment to curl up by the old fire place and enjoy a classic soup, here is how.
INGREDIENTS
3 Carrots
2 Medium onions
4 Garlic cloves
1 Bunch of celery
1 Large handful of green beans
2 Corn cobs
Other vegetables that you love
2 Litres of vegetable stock
METHOD
1. Prepare all of your vegetables and set aside.
2. Fry the onions until opaque and add the carrots for 2 minutes. Add the remaining of your vegetables and cover with the stock.
3. Simmer until the vegetables are slightly soft and serve. Yep that easy.
