TURMERIC AND GINGER TEA

If you constantly train the house down like a crazed banshee you need to consider recovery as a part of your regime. Too often this side of the game is neglected and can give you that 1% advantage if you remain diligent. 

This turmeric and ginger tea offers anti-inflammatory properties as well as soothing the gut and aiding with appetite. As with all bro-science we recommend you do your own research. 

INGREDIENTS

Raw Turmeric

Raw Ginger

METHOD

1. While your water is boiling grate the desired amount of ginger and turmeric.

2. Place the ginger and turmeric into a plunger or similar and top with water.

3. Allow to steep for 5 minutes and pour.
