TOFU STIR FRY

Going vegetarian has never been easier! We have created a fast, simple, healthy and most importantly incredibly tasty tofu stir fry that is guaranteed to blow your meat eating mind! 

INGREDIENTS

450g of firm tofu

White pepper

Salt

Broccoli head

Green beans

3 cloves of garlic

A thumb of ginger

Peanut oil

Seseme oil

2 Tbs seseme seeds

1 handful of raw cashews 

Chilli to taste

1 Tbs soy sauce 

3 Tbs sweet soy

Fried onion (dried)

METHOD

1. In a large frypan add a generous amount of peanut oil and bring it up to a high heat, fry the tofu until all sides are brown, you are aiming for a crust. Add salt and pepper to taste.

2. Once the tofu is brown add the garlic, chilli and ginger and stir well.

3. Add your greens along with cashews and sesame seeds and cook for 2 minutes. Add the sesame oil.

4. Add in all of the sauce components, stir in well. You want to ensure your greens maintain their crunch!

5. Garnish with fried onion.
