Calling all meal preppers! Here is one you can prepare in bulk and save yourself heaps of time in the morning.

1/2 Cup of raw oats

1 Tbs of chia seeds

1/4 cup of desiccated coconut

1/4 cup of mixed nuts

1/3 cup of mixed berries

2 tsp of honey

1 cup of sugar free almond or coconut milk



1. Combine all of the dry ingredients then add the berries.

2. Add your milk of choice until the ingredients are combined, you are looking for a fairly runny consistency. Add the honey at this point.

3. Cover and place in the fridge overnight or for up to 24hrs. Check that the consistency is to your liking, you may add more milk if required. Enjoy.


This also doubles as a delicious desert option.
