It's time to get back into the swing of things after the festive season blow out. Lucky for you you don't have to sacrifice flavour with this green masterpiece. 


 400g of chicken breast

1 Jar of pesto paste

1 Head of broccoli 

1 Brown onion

1 Green capsicum

1 Handfull of snow peas

1 Handful of peas

3 Cloves of garlic


1. Either in a food processor or manually finely chop your broccoli head to rice size. Prepare the other vegetables to your liking. Slice the chicken into strips.
2. Fry the onion until opaque then add the chicken until it starts to brown along with the garlic.
3. Add the pesto and coat everything in the pan, leave for 1 minute and then add your capsicum, leave for a further 2 minutes and add the remaining ingredients.
4. Serve either as is or with your favourite side.
