It's time to get back into the swing of things after the festive season blow out. Lucky for you you don't have to sacrifice flavour with this green masterpiece.
INGREDIENTS
400g of chicken breast
1 Jar of pesto paste
1 Head of broccoli
1 Brown onion
1 Green capsicum
1 Handfull of snow peas
1 Handful of peas
3 Cloves of garlic
METHOD
1. Either in a food processor or manually finely chop your broccoli head to rice size. Prepare the other vegetables to your liking. Slice the chicken into strips.


2. Fry the onion until opaque then add the chicken until it starts to brown along with the garlic.



4. Serve either as is or with your favourite side.
