SPARKLING LONG BLACK

As winter draws to a close here in Australia you might be looking for something a little more refreshing when it comes to your caffeine hit. The search is over, we have you covered with this sparkling long black recipe that is sure to keep you going even in the unseasonal heat. 

INGREDIENTS

Ground coffee beans

Sparkling water

Ice

METHOD

1. Place your desired amount of coffee in a plunger and steep in a small amount of boiling water (you want to use as little hot water as possible).

2. Once the coffee is released from the grinds place a handful of ice into the plunger and stir until dissolved.

3. Top your plunger up with cold sparkling water and serve with fresh ice.
