As the COVID-19 issue develops we wanted to provide you with some practical ways to ensure you are prepared in the case of a lockdown or quarantine situation. Even if things don't get worse before they get better we believe meal prep is an essential tool in any grapplers plan for success, it means more time on the mats and consistency in your diet.

We have poured through our recipes to bring you the top 5 meals that survive the deep freeze and don't compromise on flavour or texture in the process. Give these a go and tell us what you think (assuming you are still able to get your hands on the ingredients that is!).

Our two cents for what its worth... we are in no way encouraging hoarding goods or food etc. please consider others in your community and only prepare the bare minimum to get by, you should treat this exercise like normal meal prep. Look after your mates on and off the mats!
