Are you struggling to keep the winter nasties at bay, maybe you are looking for a morning pick me up? Then this ridiculously simple tea is a must!
1/2 A lemon
A decent chunk of ginger
1. Slice half a lemon and finely grate the ginger.
2. In a teapot with a strainer place place the ginger in and squeeze the lemon (leave the skins in).
3. Pour boiling water over the ingredients and steep for 4-5 minutes.
If you find this delicious tea a little harsh you could add a little bit of honey, just know you will be judged.
