INGREDIENTS (FOR 1 BASE)
1/4 cup of coconut flour
Your favourite pizza toppings
1. Add your eggs and flour into a large mixing bowl and whisk until smooth. While this is happening pre-heat your oven to 180-200c.
2. In a non stick fry pan cook the base mix as you would with an omelette on both sides.
3. Allow to cool and top with your favourite ingredients.
4. Place in a hot oven and cook until golden brown.
