HEALTHY PIZZA BASE

Are you craving a gourmet pizza but can't afford the extra carbs? Maybe you and gluten don't fully see eye to eye? Either way you will be pleasantly surprised with this super easy and tasty alternative to the classic gut swelling pizza base we are used to. Mangiare e godere!

INGREDIENTS (FOR 1 BASE)

3 Eggs

1/4 cup of coconut flour

Your favourite pizza toppings

METHOD

1. Add your eggs and flour into a large mixing bowl and whisk until smooth. While this is happening pre-heat your oven to 180-200c.

2. In a non stick fry pan cook the base mix as you would with an omelette on both sides.

3. Allow to cool and top with your favourite ingredients.

4. Place in a hot oven and cook until golden brown.
