If you struggle to get enough greens into your diet then this is your answer. We promise our tasty green smoothie will leave you feeling healthy and super energised.


1 Large handful of baby spinach

1 handful of broccoli

1 green apple

1 medium banana 

1/2 avocado 

1-2 cups of natural coconut water 

1 Tbs of chia seeds


1. Roughly chop all of the ingredients.

2. Blend until smooth, add more or less coconut water depending on the desired consistency.

The avocado makes this fibrous treat super smooth. Be creative and play around with the ingredients!
