FUEL YOUR DAY WITH THIS SIMPLE BREAKFAST

INGREDIENTS

1 handful of chopped bacon
1 TBS of coconut oil
1 small bunch of chopped asparagus 
1 handful of chopped green beans
5 eggs
Add chilli to taste
METHOD
In a large frypan. Fry the bacon in the oil until you get a bit of colour. Add the greens and keep stirring until you start to see browning. Crack 5 eggs into the pan, leave for 2 minutes, then cover the pan for a further 2 minutes or until the eggs are cooked to your liking. Serve with some fresh avocado. 
Serves 2.
