Here is a super simple breakfast hack, it's light, easy to make and tasty!
1 Large corn cob
1. Remove the corn from the husk.
2. Whisk the eggs (milk optional, add salt and pepper to taste. Add the corn into the mix.
3. In a hot frying pan evenly add the mixture to your egg rings or use the mix ad an omelette.
4. Cook until golden brown on both sides and enjoy with your favourite breakfast ingredients.
