With the unseasonably warm weather and empty parks, now is a great time to get outside to exercise, for the mental as much as the physical benefit. Today I drove to my local rugby pitch just after noon and was the only person there.

Here's my workout from today: dragon-crawl the length of a football field. That's it. One and done. It took me 16 minutes, 14 seconds (I'm well into masters territory - just saying), done over about 5 'sets'. I reckoned it at around 200 'walking' pushups.
Sound easy? See if you can beat it. This is strength endurance training: try to push through the lactic acid build-up in your arms, delts, chest and lats. Give us your feedback and we'll post ways you can scale it up.
