Looking for a pre-training snack that will leave you feeling energised and guilt free?
INGREDIENTS
1 cup of oats
1 large ripe banana
2 tablespoons of natural peanut butter
2 tablespoons of water
METHOD
1. Pre-heat oven to 175c.
2. Mix the banana and peanut butter in a bowl then add the oats and water.
3. Roll the mixture into small balls and press them down on a lined baking tray.
4. Cook for 15-20 minutes or until brown.
* Makes around 8 medium cookies, you may want to double the mixture if you have a large appetite.
