DATE AND WALNUT BALLS

Check out this simple two step process for energy rich date & walnut balls.

INGREDIENTS

3 cups pitted dates

2 cups walnuts

1/2 cup cacao powder

Splash of almond or coconut milk to bind

Desiccated coconut or crushed pistachios for coating

 

METHOD

1. Blend all ingredients together in a food processor until a thick, sticky paste forms.

 2. Roll into balls, roll in your coating of choice and enjoy.

Great to eat either at room temperature or straight from the fridge/freezer.
