Craving a decadent dessert but can afford the extra calories?? Try this 4 ingredient masterpiece that is sure to satisfy! 


2 egg yolks

1 tsp vanilla essence

1 cup of milk (your choice)

1 scoop of protein powder


1. Heat the milk in a pan until it starts to simmer and remove from the heat.

2. In a mixing bowl, separate the egg yolks and add the remaining ingredients. Slowly add the milk into the mix making sure you whisk the whole time (if you are looking for a hack, do this in a blender).

3. Return the mix to the stove and whisk until it begins to thicken.

4. Pour into a bowl and place in the fridge to set. Enjoy.
