INGREDIENTS (For 6 bites)
A small handful of premium dark chocolate
1 medium banana
Peanut butter
METHOD
1. Slice your banana into rounds and place on a board.
2. Spread the peanut butter onto one side of the banana and then place the other side on top like a sandwich.
3. Melt the chocolate in the microwave in stages, stir in-between. Dip the banana into the melted chocolate and place on grease proof paper.
4. Place into the freezer, if you want the centre to remain soft 15 minutes will do, if you want a frozen centre aim for 1 hour.
