INGREDIENTS
The following recipe makes enough for two.
2 medium/large ripe bananas
4 eggs
3/4 cup of oats
3/4 cup of desiccated coconut
1 tsp of cinnamon
1 tsp of vanilla essence
1/2 cup of raw nuts
1/2 tsp of baking powder
METHOD
1. Place all of the ingredients in a blender, place on low and blend until the consistency is like a loose batter. You may need to add more dry ingredients at this point to ensure the correct consistency.
2. Pour the mixture into a non-stick fry pan and cook as per regular pancakes. Yep thats it.
