INGREDIENTS (FOR A SINGLE SERVE)
1 Frozen banana
1 handful of chopped nuts
1 Tbs of honey
1/2 A handful of chopped dates
METHOD
1. Chop the nuts and dates, lightly toast in a frypan.
2. Once the nuts are starting to brown add the honey and switch off the heat.
3. Chop up the frozen banana, place in a bowl and top with the nut mix. Done.
